Failed qualification review 

The top five agencies ranked will be included in the Shigatse City Fire Rescue Detachment's procurement agency list, while agencies ranked 6th to 10th will be placed on a reserve list. If any of the selected procurement agencies engage in illegal or non-compliant conduct during their service and are consequently disqualified by the detachment, the reserve list will automatically fill the vacancy in order of final ranking.
